Also removed carbon in the filter system leaving only the pads. Your water will get cloudy without the carbon but that is what you have to do. My Koi fish started eating after third day of treatment and they also starting swimming a little more normal. After 7 days, I did a partial water change and gave the tank a second treatment. It has been 3 weeks and the fish seem to be back to normal. It should be noted that I also added aquqrium salt to the water so that may have had a beneficial effect. In any case, I would say this med did its job.
