Prazi-Med (10g) is a 100% pure praziquantel immersion powder (10 pre-measured 1g foil packets; treats up to 1,000 US gallons; net weight 10 grams) manufactured for Aqion LLC for use in ornamental finfish.

Indexed Indication for Use
For the control of mortality due to internal parasites (trematodes/flukes and cestodes/tapeworms) and external parasites (trematodes/flukes) in ornamental finfish, except Callichthyidae and Clariidae catfish.
Dosage and Administration
- Dose: Administer as an immersion bath at 10.2 mg praziquantel per US gallon (2.7 mg/L) of water on Day 1 and repeat on Day 8 (two total doses, 7 days apart).
- Preparation: Measure total water volume accurately before dosing. Remove activated carbon and pause UV sterilization or foam fractionators during bath administration; maintain vigorous aeration and water circulation. Pre-slurry the measured powder in a small container of system water before dispersing evenly into an area of strong flow.
- Product Insert: Review the complete Prazi-Med Product Insert (MIF 900-054) prior to use.
Limitations, Contraindications & Warnings
- Species Contraindication: Do not use in Callichthyidae (armored catfish, including Corydoras) or Clariidae (walking catfish).
- Permitted Settings: For use only in personal home aquariums, personal home ponds, or public aquariums and zoos. Not for use in commercial ornamental fish operations.
- Not for Human or Food-Fish Use: Not for use in humans. Not for use in fish intended for human or animal consumption. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Storage: Store in original closed container at or below 25°C (77°F), protected from moisture, direct light, and heat.

no need to buy expensive prazi in tablet form when this is the same stuff and it works... it's pure prazi with no additives.
I think it helped clear the parasite outbreak in my tank. The med is in super fine powder form. But like all other Prazo meds, it is super hard to fully dissolve. I mix it in a water bottle, cap it, and shake it violently for a few minutes. Even that won't fully dissolve the med. Then I pour the whole solution into my sump filter; hopefully the remaining clumps will dissolve over time.
I was struggling to get this powder to mix. So , I got a zip lock bag and put a tiny amount of water in it and added the powder medication. Zipped it up and shook it and smashed all the little white pieces until it was all mixed . Then I poured that into a bucket of pond water and dispersed it over my pond . Do not try and mix it with a stir stick , it won't work use this ziplock bag method and it's perfect . I'm not sure how well this stuff works yet , but I have some sick koi and they either have flukes or ich. One of my big ones was floating on his side this morning. I quickly went into action. I've had this stuff but was hesitant on killing them. But now they have gotten worse I feel I have nothing to lose . I'll keep you all up dated . From what I've been researching this is the best stuff you can get . We will see .
